Ramping up our effort to conserve and safeguard the environment in alignment with the government campaign of “Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan”, Nirmaan had launched ‘Just Bin It’ program in 2017 in a bid to create a Cleaner & Greener Kolkata.

Ramping up our effort to conserve and safeguard the environment in alignment with the government campaign of “Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan”, Nirmaan had launched ‘Just Bin It’ program in 2017 in a bid to create a Cleaner & Greener Kolkata.
The intervention includes installation of recyclable duo-dustbins in public places like schools, parks, bus-stops & other prominent locations of the city to foster cleanliness & introduce the habit of waste segregation in mass. The installation is followed by a series of awareness sessions to promote attitudinal changes in waste disposal, and protection of natural habitats among youth in case of school interventions.
In FY 2018-19, Nirmaan had donated 220+ bins in Kolkata based reputed schools & 6 parks resulting in better waste management practice daily among thousands of students, pedestrians & public. The ongoing target includes providing 100 single and 100 double bins in schools and parks and introduces prominent locations of Kolkata within current fiscal year.
