Incepted with the aim to empower the community with financial stability & independence, our traditional vocational training has been running for ... years in 3 locations of the country now, making marginal & tribal community females self-reliant with certified courses on Beautician, Tailoring, Cooking etc while their kids being trained in digital literacy, music & computer courses.
To align the market demand with supply of employable resources and make high-end corporate jobs accessible for the economically deprived, Nirmaan initiated the job-oriented Skill Training on BPO, Food Processing & Retail Management in our Kolkata centre in 2019. Run in an industry-specific state of art set up with professional trainers , these low cost career courses offer On Job Training & placement opportunities for the participants, supporting their efforts to break free of the vicious cycle of poverty and attain systemic change & development.
The initiative positively influences in capacity building & social & financial upliftment of more than 600 women & youth every year.
